Processing Time

Once you place an order, we usually require 1–2 business days to process it. Each piece is carefully packed by hand before it leaves our studio. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the average delivery time is 8–12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by delays due to customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

Tracking

Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way. Tracking information usually becomes available 2–3 days after your order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin preparing your order quickly, cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we are unable to cancel it, but you are welcome to return your order once it arrives in accordance with our Return Policy.
